Please find the menu selections for the week of October 26th through the 30th detailed below:

1. Cornbread dressing served with roasted turkey breast and giblet gravy.
2. Creole jambalaya accompanied by blackened chicken and sautéed green beans.
3. Shrimp Diane served over angel hair pasta.
4. Burgundy beef stew accompanied by truffle macaroni and cheese.
5. Grilled grouper served with a saffron rice pilaf.
