Happy 4th Weekend! 🇺🇸💥

This delicious grilled chicken recipe highlights using House Dressing AFTER the chicken comes off the grill. And it checks a lot of the boxes for the perfect summer favorite!

✅ Easy
✅ Quick
✅ Light and refreshing
✅ Delicious! 😋

To make 4 medium chicken breasts…

• 4 breasts of chicken
• 4 oz House Dressing
• Juice of 1 lime
• 3 oz grated Pecorino or
Parmigiana cheese
• 1 Tbsp fresh basil - chopped
• Salt and Pepper

Salt and pepper chicken and grill until cooked.

In a mixing bowl, combine House Dressing with lime juice, cheese, and basil. Mix well.

Add cooked chicken to bowl and mix/coat well.

Plate, drizzle more sauce from the bowl over chicken as desired.

Up next…. STEAK! Specifically, this 16 oz. ribeye beauty from Haren's Market in Troy. Perfect for Father’s Day or anytime you want to elevate a grilled steak to something special.

Keeping it simple…. Bring your steak to room temperature before seasoning with salt and pepper. Grill to your desired temperature and add 1 tablespoon butter to melt before removing from heat.

Transfer to plate, smear 1 tablespoon of House Dressing over the top and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

DELISH!

It’s Grilling season! 🔥🌞
That means it’s time to elevate your outdoor creations using House Dressing! Simple and delicious…. everyone loves that right?! We’ll be posting a few of our favorites each week.

Up first…. HOUSE WINGS!

Marinate 12-15 wings in 4 oz of House Dressing. Place on hot grill and cook until done with a nice char to the outside.

Place in mixing bowl, dust with grated Pecorino-Romano or Parmigiana cheese, squeeze fresh lemon, toss to coat, garnish with fresh chopped parsley or fresh basil, and serve!

Great for a party or a quick weeknight dinner. 😋
