Tara Quackenbush made us a botanical cherry cola syrup and it’s SO GOOD and SO REAL!!! Orange peel, clove, star anise, CHERRY JUICE, chicory root, vanillaaaaa…

Ok good morning Troy! Quite busy this morning so I’m late with the post but this weekend’s menu deserves to be seen! Pulled a limited amount of last year’s Alirio Muñoz harvest out of the freezer to serve on Aeropress and it’s tasting like red tea, raspberry danish and feeling like DUNE. It’s pretty sick. Also we’ve got a weird little mash up on E1, we did a Sure Thing-style espresso roast on the last of the Primrose and it’s GOOD, lemon custard and bitter sweet chocolate chips. ALSO, Kenya Kamathura on E2 tasting like concord grapes and baking spices and luxury. Retail shelves are stocked including some 2lb bags of Sure Thing for those of us that like our shots consistent and cost efficient 😎, fair warning though, Dappled Light and Juice Balm are getting cleaned out pretty fast.
