If a client is disappointed with a cake or service. I will be more than happy to try to work something out with that client and I am very understanding and flexible.. BUT what I WILL NOT tolerate is having friends and family coming on to bash me. These matters are to be resolved between contractor and client, not the whole village. Thank you.
