The Cork Tucson is the new name of a Tucson favorite that was established in 1966! The kitchen creates delicious dishes featuring Bison filets, wild-caught seafood, game meats and angus beef with a Southwestern flair. y and his wife Sally, who's a native of southern Arizona, purchased Jonathan's Cork from award-winning chef Jonathan Landeen and his wife, Colette, in March of 2023. The Murphys are excited to carry on the traditions of this legacy restaurant offering elevated classic fare in a comfortable and casual setting accented with Southwestern art and four beehive fireplaces. We also offer off-premise catering and party planning for all types of events: lunches for parties of 20 or more and weddings for 100-200.
