Here at The Egg Connection dedication to quality is our objective. Arriving every morning at 3:00 am to bake the biscuits, cornbread, gargantuan cinnamon rolls so they are NEVER frozen. FRESH produce and eggs are delivered every morning to ensure freshness. Our bacon is a center-cut honey-cured product and it really is the BEST in town. We only use REAL butter to deliver an authentic taste.

Many recipes stem from our cook, Frank Oniszko, and his family from back in Brooklyn, New York. In fact, he has been cooking since he was twelve years old.

Here, you will find a family with unique personalities that each work hard to deliver a pleasurable dining experience. So, come down and enjoy yourself.
