Leola Benjamin was the first sole proprietor of the Rubicon Restaurant located at 551 N. 28th St West Near Central High School. Rubicon has served Tulsa Oklahoma in several locations over the years. The Rubicon Restaurant LLC, is now owned and operated by Ms Leola's Daughter Franzola Owens. Rubicon Potatoes have become a household name in Tulsa and we, the family would like to say thanks.
