Hi 2 Chiefs BBQ fans, Richard and I have made a decision to sell our bbq business, both trailers, the black smoker trailer and our white serving trailer, along with our knowledge, recipes... everything we know and to help set someone up in the their own bbq business. It's really all about the knowledge of how to prepare the food, smoke it or cook it and serve it. The "pitmaster" Richard, my brother, started being taught the smoking side of it in the late 80's by our father who had a similar setup then... and years, hours of "study of smoking BBQ" a lot by trial and error. Hey BBQ friends, Bub catered to one of our repeat customers for 25 employees yesterday and the man in charge shoots us an email with "the food was amazing" ... great job Bub or Richard as a few of you may know him as.
