I finally made it to Stonehorse Cafe in Utica Square. They were busy for lunch and had the typical mid-town Utica Square clientele. Honestly the lunch was good but nothing spectacular. The atmosphere inside and outside on the porch was nice. We started with a prosecco and a draft b**r with some nice fresh crusty bread, and soft butter. I had a field salad with shaved turkey and my wife had the chorizo and cheese soup. The salad was blah but the soup was good and robust. For the entrees we had a pizza and pasta Bolognese. The pizza was okay but the crust was a bit wet and soggy for my liking. The Bolognese had salad on top which was odd. My wife said she liked the Bolognese at IlGusto much better. I won't rush back here anytime soon unless someone really wants to go.
