We are going to take the time to start some kitchen improvements and will be closing on on Tuesday 7/21. The plan is to be back open Wednesday 7/22. Sorry for any inconvenience. We are excited to start the process on getting these wait times down so that we can serve everyone better

Colder drinks!

With our setup fountain drinks would be a real challenge. Because of that we have resorted to bottle drinks. As a guy who loves ice cold drinks, our deli cooler has been a little frustrating to me. The drinks are always cold but never quite as cold as I would like.

After looking into the situation a little more I realized that I could adjust the temperature variance in the cooler. It had been adjusted to 7°. It is now 2° which means anytime the cooler hits 35°, cool it back down to between 31 and 33.

After letting it run for 24 hours, I grabbed me a Coke zero and I got that ice cold burn I love!

Sometimes it's the little things that matter!

Can't wait for these two murals to get done. Irvin Sigala has done an awesome job. When we open our little t-shirt spot across the way, he'll be doing custom airbrushed t-shirts and anything else. He is a real talent. And one of the nicest kids you'll ever meet
