Details: FOH position in a high end food market. Flexible part time or full time hours available: mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Competitive pay + tips. Good for a student or someone looking for a side hustle. Customer service experience is preferred, but an interest in food, baked goods, and wine is the most important qualification. Must be 18+ and have or be willing to acquire a THD food handler’s card and an ABLE license.

I am proud of a lot of our baking, but maybe the most proud of our croissants. The flash freeze + proofing schedule we developed for bringing them out of the oven first thing in the morning means that you can take them home and bake them with confidence (just lay them out the night before, then put them in the oven while you start cooking breakfast). They’re up for preorder now at amelias.us/gourmet-holiday , along with everything else you need for brunch or dinner or drinks next week.
