Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

🍕 Pizza: Asparagus Pizza

This week we chose Voodoo Ranger Sweet Ride because the Voodoo Ranger line is a favorite of our very own Area Director, Lee. We picked this one just for him and his love of juicy IPAs. Sweet Ride is tropical, easy drinking, and balances bright fruit flavors with just a hint of hop bitterness.

We paired it with the Asparagus Pizza because, like the beer, it's approachable with plenty of bold flavor.
