Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

🍕 Chicken Schnitzel with Pimento Cheese & Honey

Volks Pils (“The People’s Pils”) was inspired by Brewmaster Eric Marshall’s time as an apprentice brewer in Germany. Crisp, clean, and brewed in the North German Pilsner style with German malts, American and German hops, and classic German lager yeast.

We chose this one because Marshall is known for making fantastic beer in classic German styles, and this beer showcases that while staying light and easy to drink.

Paired with Chicken Schnitzel with pimento cheese and honey, a play on the classic German dish to bring a regional pairing to this event. Prost!

This classic American Pale Ale reflects the storied heritage of modern craft brewing, utilizing Cascade and Columbus hops, pale malts, and crisp, clean British Ale yeast. Light and easy-drinking while maintaining complexity and character.

Our friends at Dead Armadillo chose the beer and pizza from their beer selection and our pizza selection. They said this is one of their all-time favorite Andolini’s pizzas.
