Green Plate We offer a variety of Mexican dishes including burritos, tacos, and quesadillas while using fresh and local ingredients.

We also provide several vegetarian options. Green Plate is committed to using ingredients from local farms whenever possible. Green Plate operates out of two mobile kitchens on of which is a 5'x6' cart and the other a 7'x14' mobile kitchen trailer.

This weeks farmers market in SORO.

Carne Asada Burrito- thinly sliced marinated and grilled beef with pico de gallo, black beans,
cilantro rice, cheese, and chipotle lime sauce “club sauce”.
Vegetable Burrito- grilled vegetables with black beans, cilantro rice, cheese and chipotle lime sauce “club sauce”.
Pupusas- ground corn masa filled with cilantro and cheese.
