Million Dollar Chicken Casserole w/green beans, glazed carrots and homemade biscuit

Wednesday’s Vegetable Plate - pinto beans, turnip greens, sweet corn pudding, glazed carrots and cornbread. Everyone seems to love our purple hull peas. Monte suggested that we have them available everyday to substitute or add to any plate. I think that sounds so good. They’re my favorite. I won’t list it on specials menu everyday, but they’ll be ready as long as we have them. I’ve already booked a gazillion bushels for this next year.
