erve a great variety of food, ranging from our stuffed chicken, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Shepherd's pie, and many more wonderful dishes to choose from. We also can't forget to tell you about our popular dish.........Baked Haddock fresh from Fosters Supermarket. We also have a bakery right inside our Apprentice Restaurant! We make everything from scratch.

The Apprentice Restaurant is a popular eatery in Turners Falls. Serving hundreds of customers throughout the school year, students learn it all! We also can't forget to tell you about our most popular dishes.........Baked Haddock and Fried Scallops. We also have a bakery right inside our Apprentice Restaurant! We make everything from scratch. These baked goods range from our famous chocolate chip cookies, scones, cream pies and tarts, cannoli, almond crescents, coffee cakes, coconut macaroons, and much more! Our Bakery now offers new variety of baked goods, including garlic twists, parfaits of all creations, cupcakes (certain weeks), all varieties of baked breads, and many more. *note to customers* Since we make all these delicious baked goods, please be aware that we sell out a lot on our popular goods.
