When we decided to open up this joint, our goal was to stay open as long as possible. To think about closing it down next month just makes me sad. The main problem is lunch, I do it all. If I have to make someone wait to long, I feel like I've failed.

How about if we make up a lunch menu with only burgers, pork & chili fries, and appetizers? This would make doing it by myself so much easier. In the evening, when I have help, we can offer everything else. Do you all think that would go over? Keep in mind, if I don't have help on a Saturday, the only option is to close because I wouldn't be able to keep up during the rushes.

We just keep brain storming ways to stay open, help us out!

Great news! We got the smoker working so I've been a smokin' fool! We can now serve pulled pork again starting Wednesday!

Best news!! My brother married the best person this last weekend! I am so proud to call her Sis! I wouldn't have missed that for anything!

It will be just me & Amy this week but we'll be ready to see you all again!

We are trying something new. We know sometimes you just don't feel like making the trip to Turon but you're really craving some of our fried foods. Well, now you can fill your freezer. I order once a week unless y'all go crazy, then I can order twice a week). These are case prices of uncooked products, the tax is added into the links. No splitting cases. Must be picked up within 24 hours of delivery, no returns, no refunds. If by chance I am shorted an item, I can refund the money or order it the next time. What else could happen? A question you never want to ask!!

Jerry bought the pork then hit the road. It was up to me to smoke it. We'll, guess who couldn't get the smoker to work? Me! So, no pork this week.
