Chinese specials this week at The Ranch! We will be featuring homemade orange chicken with hand battered tempura chicken nuggets and made from scratch orange sauce. We will also be offering honey walnut shrimp featuring crispy fried shrimp in a honey glaze with candied walnuts. Both will be served with vegetable fried rice and an egg roll. A salad feature this week is a throw back from a few years ago. We are featuring an Asian inspired salad with mixed greens, tomato, mango, avocado, noodles, and a sesame-ginger vinaigrette. Hand made cream cheese rangoon for appetizers! We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend.

Dessert specials......Mrs. LaConia has whipped up some great dessert specials for this week. We have lemon blueberry pound cake, cream of coconut cake, better than........anything cake, and apple cake with caramel frosting.

We are going to have a delicious treat for our Sunday special this week. We are going to have Mrs. LaConia's delicious chicken and dumplings served with one of Donnie's signature garlic cheddar biscuits and gooey butter cake.

This week, we’re bringing back an old favorite we haven’t featured in a while — our chicken fried pork ribeye!
Our grilled pork ribeye has always been a customer favorite, but this version takes it to another level. We pound it out, batter it with our signature breading, deep fry it until golden brown, and serve it with our homemade white gravy. It’s an unbeatable combination.

We’ll also have hand-cut onion straws and crispy fried chicken skins available as appetizers.

And don’t miss the dessert specials that Mrs. LaConia is preparing this week. It is sure to be some of your favorites.

Plus, Friday evening at 6:00, Randy Fennell “Live” will be here playing a great variety of music. Come enjoy a good meal and some good music!

This week we will be rolling with our customer favorite coconut shrimp topped with pineapple pico de gallo and served with a coconut orange dipping sauce. We will also have crawfish loaded fries that are topped with a Cajun cheese sauce. Our signature fried chicken will also be available until it runs out!

What a gorgeous day it is turning out to be. Come celebrate mom with us this weekend. The fried chicken is perfectly juicy, crispy, and fried to order each time. Start off your meal with a delicious crab cake that is packed with crab meat and served with a caper remoulade sauce. We also have some great dessert specials including carrot cake and the ever popular pecan praline cheesecake.
