Place your order at the counter, then dine in and enjoy our small seating area, or get it and go. Once your order is ready, we’ll bring it to you or call you back up to the counter.

Yesterday, we got to add another page to one of our favorite traditions—our Birthday Blessings Album. 💙

This tradition began years ago at Alejandro’s, and it’s one we just couldn’t leave behind. As we’ve stepped into the Delgado’s Rinconcito era, we’re proud to carry it forward because some traditions are simply too special to end.

Our Birthday Blessings Album is filled with more than pictures. It’s filled with smiles, laughter, prayers, and the precious memories we’ve been blessed to share while celebrating some of life’s most important milestones.

Every photo tells a story. Every birthday is a blessing. And every page reminds us how thankful we are for the people who have supported us through every chapter of this journey.

Happy Birthday, Jackson Leonard! 🎉 Thank you for celebrating with us and for helping open this next chapter of our Birthday Blessings Album here at Delgado’s Rinconcito. We were honored to celebrate your special day with you!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank y’all.

We truly appreciate every one of you who has stuck with us through all these transitions, pivots, changes, and then our pivot right back indoors! We’re still working out a few kinks, and things may keep changing from one day to the next—we’re not quite finished changing our minds just yet! But this past week has been such a blessing.

It has been so good seeing familiar faces we haven’t seen in the past few months, welcoming y’all back inside, and getting to visit while doing what we love most. Thank you for being patient with us, understanding us, encouraging us, and continuing to support our little business through every twist and turn.
