The idea for Country Rose Bakery started in Rose's kitchen with Butter Pecan Supreme cakes. Friends and family began to request this decadent cake for all occassions, including Weddings! With no room left in the kitchen and a long time dream to have her own restaurant Rose took her first steps to owning the
Country Rose. The Country Rose was established in 2005 with the help of Rose's sister, Rit

a. The café soon followed and is now a flourishing restaurant on the corner of two busy
highways in Racine County. Customers come from as far as Illinois and Missouri to
enjoy a great cup of coffee and a hearty meal. All of the bakery you enjoy at Country Rose is made fresh on site every day. Guests can choose from many varieties of Muffins, specially decorated Cookies or try
one of our scrumptious Scones. Besides bakery guests can also enjoy our "made to
order" breakfast, lunch or one of our specialty drinks.
