🍗 Happy National Fried Chicken Day! 🍗

I had planned to run a special today, but honestly... it felt more like National Fried Chicken Weekend! 😄

You all showed up in a huge way and bought us completely out of fried chicken. We were even making runs to local stores just to get enough to keep up with the demand!

As grateful as we are, we also feel terrible that we couldn't meet the demand. I even had close friends calling and placing orders, and I had to tell them we were sold out because we simply didn't have enough. That's never something we like to do, and we sincerely apologize to everyone we couldn't take care of this weekend.

Please know that we're already looking at ways to be better prepared next time. The incredible response this weekend showed us just how much you love our fried chicken, and we'll do everything we can to make sure more of you can get it the next time around.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all the love and support. We truly have the best customers, and we're so grateful for each and every one of you. Your patience, understanding, and support mean more to us than you know.

We wanted to give everyone a quick update. We are currently sold out of chicken. We truly thought we ordered enough to get us through the holiday weekend, but with the extreme heat, the Fourth of July rush, and so many families choosing to eat out, we blew through our inventory much faster than expected.
At this time, the chicken we have remaining is being reserved for customers who already placed pre-orders. Our next truck arrives Monday, and we’ll be fully stocked again then.
The good news? We’re planning to run a pizza special on Sunday, so stay tuned for that!
We sincerely apologize to anyone who was hoping to grab chicken this weekend. We can’t thank you enough for the incredible support you’ve shown us. We’d much rather sell out than let quality slip, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Roosters Roost! 🇺🇸

Today is one of the biggest chicken days of the entire year, and this incredible crew is ready to tackle it. They'll be cooking over 1.5 tons of chicken today to help make your family gatherings and celebrations special.

With that said, we ask for a little patience and kindness. Our kitchen is already sitting at 83°, and it'll likely climb into the 90s before the day is over. These guys are working in some seriously tough conditions to make sure everyone gets the food they're counting on.

There may be a line when you come to pick up your order, but we've staffed up to handle the rush as efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience while we work through one of our busiest days of the year.

Quality has always been our top priority. When you're cooking this much chicken, consistency can become a challenge, so this year we've added an extra quality control step. Every couple of hours, we're testing batches to make sure every piece is cooked just right and our seasoning stays exactly where it should be—not too salty, just the way you expect it.

To our amazing team: thank you for showing up, working hard, and giving it everything you've got today. We couldn't do it without you.
