The Feast is a coffee & zine subscription created as a collaborative pursuit of God's goodness. Each month you will receive a bag of seasonally-sourced, meticulously-crafted coffee, paired with a quarterly zine featuring a curated seasonal feast menu, Schuler family revelations, and art. Eric has been in the speciality coffee industry for 5 years, acquiring an ever-increasing passion for the art of roasting and perfecting the coffee experience. Coffee is a daily feast for Eric and he loves inviting people into it.

‘Ella’ means ‘she’ in Spanish and is the name of this coffee project. This coffee is a collaborative effort made exclusively of women-owned farms in Guatemala. The powerhouse trio that spearheads this project are Sofia Plocharski, Jovita Castillo, and Rita Cohen.

Koke has elements of florals and berries you expect from Yirgacheffe coffees and is intensified through the 2 day cherry fermentation and honey process.

This lot of Koke Honey was sourced from a total of around 1200 smallholder farmers from Birbes Kela, Koke, Konga, Wedessa, and Tisho kebeles regions.
