We are officially entering peak graduation season here in the Inland Empire. If you are hosting a celebration in June and haven't finalized your catering plan yet, the clock is ticking.

As the weekend approaches, our kitchen production schedule for June is rapidly reaching maximum capacity. To maintain our strict standards of culinary excellence and on-time delivery across San Bernardino & LA County, we will be closing out booking windows soon.

A look back at one of our favorite massive setups: serving the healthcare heroes at San Antonio Regional Hospital! 💙

Catering an outdoor event for over 700 people is no small task, but seeing this team relax and enjoy themselves made every second of planning worth it. To make sure everyone had a flawless experience, we skipped the traditional single-line buffet and set up multiple grazing and beverage stations across the park. The food stayed perfectly chilled, the lines kept moving, and most importantly, the hospital's planning committee actually got to sit down and enjoy a plate themselves!
