Appetizer: Potato Sambusas - potato, onion, jalapeno served with bisbas a spicy, tangy dipping sauce
Entree : Saltah - lamb, potato, onion, tomato, green chilies served with rice, bisbas and hulba
Dessert : Bint al-sahn - a layered pastry honey cake
