I need public opinion and feedback on providing gluten free (not sugar free) and low-carb (sugar free) baked goods locally. Give me what you really think on needed items, pricing, strictness of macros and gluten cross contamination?!?! (I’d be hard pressed to have no gluten in the air of my bakery) I can make almost anything....but want to evaluate demand, due to high cost of grocery items.
