Lots of heart and soul went into the renovation of our restaurant. Our goal was to serve our masterful dishes in a warm, inviting and unique atmosphere and as you look around our historic building we hope you’ll find our restaurant as aesthetically pleasing as it is comfortable. By obtaining our ingredients locally, we are able to play a role in conserving fossil fuels and reducing harmful emissions. Rather than construct a new building to perfectly suit our operation, we made the more sustainable choice to renovate and retrofit an existing structure. The Tailor & The Cook is housed in a building as old as the city of Utica. We chose as much locally produced, recycled, refurbished, and reclaimed materials as we could. PERFECT NIGHT OUT
