Guess who stopped by our place today? It’s our young local hero, Ayham Alzanam! We were so happy and honored to welcome him, his mom, and their family.

Ayham is such a wonderful and humble young man. I made an announcement that he was here, and everyone gave him a big round of applause. ❤️

Ayham, what you and your friend did for that little girl will never be forgotten. In a moment of danger and fear, you didn’t hesitate. You stepped in with courage and helped save a life. That says so much about the person you are. Not everyone has the strength and heart to do what you did.🙏

I told his mom she should be incredibly proud for raising such an amazing young man with such bravery, kindness, and heart.❤️

Honestly, our city mayor should recognize these young heroes with an award for their bravery and selflessness. Young people like Ayham and Alksaam Al Terri deserve to be celebrated and remembered for the good they bring into this world.🙏

Ayham, never stop being the amazing person you are. The world needs more young men like you. Thank you! ❤️

I decided to experiment with a Dubai-inspired Mille Crepe Cake… and wow, it was a HIT! 🤍

This beauty has 30 plus delicate layers of crepes, pistachio crème, chocolate ganach, pistachios,crispy kadayif for the perfect crunch. So good!

But you know me. It has to be REALLY good before it earns a permanent spot in the bakery menu. I’m still working on perfecting every detail.
