Filet Mignon bites wrapped with a mushroom duxelle and a puff pastry finished with a port wine reduction on top

Jumbo ravioli stuffed with crab meat, lobster meat and shrimp tossed in a white wine garlic butter sauce garnished with jumbo lump crab meat, lobster meat and baby shrimp

Fresh sole lightly breaded, pan fried topped with a white wine lemon butter sauce served with a Tre Colore salad with endive, arugula and radicchio tossed in a lemon dijan vinaigrette. With mashed potatoes on the side
