Yummies food truck and bakery stop will be at the Stanley Mill 146 Mendon Street Uxbridge tomorrow, Saturday May 2nd for our final stop until the fall. We have added a few new items to the menu and heaped up on desserts this week to meet the demand. On deck will be our popular lobster rolls, harvest sandwiches, cranberry chicken walnut, and our new shaved London broil sandwich on a warm ciabatta. Our desserts will our red, white and blueberry shortcake, strawberry shortcake, butterscotch blondes, oatmeal craisin cookies and our holy cow good vegan/gluten free maple apple pecan cinnamon rolls. Yummies food truck will be making its last stop for the season this Saturday, May 2nd at the Stanley Mill Uxbridge., 11-4 or until sold out. We will be serving our popular lobster rolls, jumbo harvest turkey sandwiches, cranberry chicken walnut and more. This week we are introducing our shaved london broil sub sandwich on a warm ciabatta roll with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Also on board will be our potato salads and desserts. Desserts will include strawberry shortcake, pineapple upside down cake squares, cookies and our red white and blue shortcake (strawberries, blueberries, shortcake and whipped cream). Vegan/gluten free option will be our maple pecan apple cinnamon rolls. Pre-orders can be texted to 508-245-0908 anytime during week through Friday evening. Please note: we may not be able to take call ins, texts or emails on Saturday the 2nd. If we do not respond to you we have not take or confirmed the order. Yummies Bakery Stop will be at the Yummy food truck at the Stanley Mill Uxbridge, tomorrow April 25th serving up jumbo truffle brownie rounds, large oatmeal craisin cookies, pineapple upside down cake squares and GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN apple cinnamon rolls (limited quantities, preorders are recommended). Stop on in and grab a lobster roll, sandwich and a dessert. We will only be in town this weekend and next weekend and then we will see you in the fall. We will be serving up our popular lobster rolls as well as our huge harvest sandwiches and our cranberry chicken walnut sandwich (even better this week with our new premium mayo blend). There will be be no dinners or bowls this week at this location. Lobster is looking fresh and fabulous this week as we prep for our last Saturday April 18th at the VFW Uxbridge. We are hearing it is going to be a cool day, a great day for a turkey dinner or a warm harvest turkey sandwich! This weekend we will be serving up several different sandwiches, including our cranberry chicken walnut salad, summer turkey and our popular harvest turkey sandwich.
