Four years ago today I decided to cut out meat, dairy and junk food for 30 days! Never intended on becoming vegan until I started feeling better, losing weight without trying, sleeping better, doing research, watching documentaries, following other vegans and vegan doctors. My life and my health changed for the better. I can honestly say that I made a lifestyle change and I’ve loved every moment of it. 💚🌱🙌🏾🫶🏾
