We've had a few customers ask about the lettuce we use. We don't use any Taylor Farms lettuce products or any iceberg lettuce. Our mixed greens come from a Michigan hothouse, and our romaine lettuce comes from Church Brothers Farms. Neither of those suppliers is part of the current concern. We stay in close contact with our distributors regarding any food safety issues, so you can feel confident that the lettuce we're serving is safe.
