Day 2 started out a little rough for our leader. Becky woke up not feeling well dang it. We missed you, Becky but spent a fun day getting our flags, sunflowers, spool and chicken a little bit closer to completion. Everyone had a fabulous time learning a new technique to our craft. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Thank you to Amanda for a pop up lesson on using colored pencils for finishing up our embellishments of our flags. FYI / she will be teaching this August 28th here at The Sewcial Club. She will embroider your choice of design for you to color. It will be another fun class. Let me know if you want to join us.

First day of our Laura Heine Collage class was sew exciting! Becky did a great job of teaching us how to collage and to think about how to make it “ours”. No two will be alike! Not everyone is making a flag so I’ll have more photos tomorrow after day 2. Mine is getting closer to being finished. Loving this process and the creativity it inspires. The best part of The Sewcial Club is the space to be creative and make new friends and reconnect with old friends. 😍

Make your plans! Come be SEWCIAL with open sewing at The Sewcial Club both days for $10/day. Grab you friends, bring your snacks and spend a couple fun days sewing on your projects. Cutting stations, ironing stations and design walls make it easy to be productive.
We also have great new fabrics arriving this month making for some fun browsing in the shop.
