We want to give a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing customers who saved and donated tabs for the Ronald McDonald House fundraiser at the elementary school!

With your help, my grandson Kale’s teacher Mrs. Aubrey Cowell’s class WON the competition for their grade level — and we couldn’t be more proud! 🎉

Oklahoma has updated SNAP/EBT guidelines as part of a federal pilot program.

🛒 SNAP benefits can still be used for everyday essentials like:
• Fresh, frozen, or canned fruits & vegetables
• Meat, poultry & seafood
• Dairy products
• Bread, cereal, rice & pasta
• Eggs & plant-based proteins
• 100% juice
• Plain bottled water
• Coffee & tea prepared at home

🚫 Items no longer eligible include:
• Candy (chocolate bars, gummies, hard candy, gum, etc.)
• Soft drinks (soda, energy drinks, sweetened teas/lemonades, flavored waters)

If you ever have questions about what qualifies, we’re always happy to help at the counter.

⚠️ Power Outage Update — Limited Services ⚠️

Due to the wind storm, JC’s Store is currently without electricity. However, we do have a generator running and are open with limited services.

We are not able to cook and the gas pumps are not running.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while power is being restored to the area. We’ll continue to serve our community as best we can until everything is back to normal.

Thank you for supporting local business and for sticking with us during the outage!

🚨 Power Outage Update 🚨

We’re affected by the Choctaw Electric power outage, so JC’s Store will be opening later today pending electricity.

For the safety of our employees, JC’s Store will be closing at 7:00 PM this evening and will reopen at 9:00 AM tomorrow due to weather conditions.

⚠️ SAFETY NOTICE – PLEASE READ ⚠️

This morning, a power line was knocked down next to JC’s Store. A power pole and electrical are laying in the area where log trucks often park next door on our adjacent property.

🚨 For everyone’s safety:
• Please do NOT park trucks or equipment on this lot, or drive through it.
• Downed power lines are extremely dangerous!
• Avoid the area until electric service is fully restored and deemed safe.

— Utility crews have been notified and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We appreciate our community’s cooperation and patience as we work through this.
