We are incredibly honored to announce the beginning of what will become an annual collaboration between FLUID Specialty Coffee Roasters, Finca Amistad in Costa Rica, and the Indiana Audubon through the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival. 🐦⬛✨
Each year, together, we will feature a rare Smithsonian Bird Friendly® certified coffee connected to conservation, migratory bird protection, biodiversity, and the extraordinary ecosystem surrounding the Indiana Dunes. 🌿
The Indiana Dunes are one of the greatest migratory bird corridors in North America. Millions of birds move through this region alongside Lake Michigan each year, making this area sacred ground for birders, conservationists, and nature lovers alike. 🌊🪶
FINCA AMISTAD is not simply a coffee.
It is a living example of stewardship.
While much of the coffee industry has shifted toward aggressive sun-grown production, Roberto Montero and his family preserved thousands of acres of forest and wildlife habitat in Costa Rica. Their farm exists in harmony with migratory birds, native trees, and the surrounding ecosystem.
That philosophy deeply aligns with FLUID. ☕️🖤
