Three Sixty Kitchen and Bar, forced to close as a result of the pandemic, has decided to permanently shut its’ doors for business.
In the months leading up to COVID, significant investment in the restaurant and its operations had been made to best position it for growth amidst increasing offerings throughout Clark County. Now faced with a level of unprecedented uncertainty both in the short and long term for the restaurant industry, the difficult decision was made that the costs, risks and challenges associated with re-starting the restaurant are too great.
First opened in 2006, Three Sixty’s focus was on sustainably sourced ingredients from many farms around the area. Its local ownership and staff sought to deliver a high quality, welcoming and memorable experience in all respects.
Here is a portion of the statement shared with Three Sixty’s talented staff: “THANK YOU for your commitment and tenure as part of the team at Three Sixty. What we can take away from the past is what we learned and the relationships and memories that were created. You helped make positive community impacts and experiences not only for the restaurant’s customers, but Three Sixty’s success demonstrated that locally owned, thoughtful restaurants can survive and thrive in our community. You made a difference.” Thank you to the community for your amazing support, relationships, experiences and memories over the last 14 years. They will be treasured and you will be missed.
