Coffee has become a labor of love as any real crafted product. Thinking back to when we drank what we thought was “good coffee” and then tasting fresh roasted coffee, there was no going back… We were hooked! We began home roasting on our stove tops. It’s exciting to

see how far we have come from our humble beginnings and how our craft has developed, in part because of our loyal customers support. We are committed to providing you with the best product at affordable prices. Quality and freshness is what we strive to provide and we care about how we supply it. We source the best green beans we can find. The beans are not roasted until after you have placed your order. By doing this we ensure that you are getting the freshest coffee possible. We suggest grinding your beans just before brewing. For storing whole (or ground) beans they should be placed in a dark airtight container. Lastly, don't forget to put up your feet and enjoy a cup!
