Looks like the cold weather is ALMOST behind us 💕 Blaisons Food Truck will be reopening soon. I will post dates and locations soon. If you are energetic, hard working, have experience can handle fast paced enviroment and looking for part time work shoot me an inbox. Serve Safe Certified preferred but not a must.

Just wanted to update everyone. A lot has messaged me and I really appreciate all of your prayers! I went for the MRI on my knee and followed up.. they are suggesting a type of gel injection in my knee 😳 but have to get it approved with insurance first and at this point I’m willing to try anything. I possibly may try to reopen next week and if so I will post ahead of time!!! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart for the prayers and understanding! I’ll keep you posted!

Some already know but for those who don’t and have messaged me :
I am MISSING my kitchen🥺 I have not reopened yet…I have been hobbling around on one leg for over 4 weeks now and have no idea what I have done to my knee. I do want to Shout Out to PSC Ortho Dr Wohlrab, John at the Walk In Clinic, Connie Tighe PA, walk in clinic at PMC, Dr Hipp PMC… I’ve seen them all
over the past few weeks and scheduled to have an MRI on it next week so prayers appreciated. It has really made me think about people who have chronic pain all the time…and suddenly I can’t go in 5th gear and didn’t just slow down but had to stop 😢 God is Great and He is my Healer so praying I will be back up and cooking soon!!
