beer battered fish & chips, deep fried shrimp baskets, fish or shrimp tacos, grilled shrimp quesadillas, fish sandwiches and weekly seafood specials.

We are not gone! We will be back out soon. (Likely at ACE HARDWARE in Belen) as usual.
We are taking some "us time" for a major remodel of our home and a little traveling around our beautiful state.
I am shooting to be back out by this next weekend around Friday, June 12th.
I will post for sure as soon as we are certain.

Watson's Wagon my be hard to find for the next few weeks. We are taking time for some "self indulgence"! Home remodel and a little "Boon docking" on some known Trout Streams in our new (to us) class A motorhome.
We will be offering a Summer menu with some great "chilled" meals when we come back.
Keep checking back and we will post what and when!

Sorry the Wagon is not out today. Went to ACE to set up and our BEAND NEW out of the box 8,750 Watt Generator has fuel line issues!.
Thinking after this there's nothing else left to break down! We'll be back!!

Well, more stuff happens... We have electrical issues with the Wagon SOO we will not be at ACE HARDWARE today.
BUT!!! You should still go there. Today is the GRAND REOPENING of that great store. Lots of great things happening.

We are here at ACE HARDWARE in Belen today (Thursday)! We missed yesterday, sorry, had a flat tire on the Wagon, couldn't be helped.
We proudly serve the best Seafood you will find west of the North East Coast. It really is true and we are happy to prove it.
I cut our beautiful Cod fillets fresh most every morning and our Jumbo Shrimp is to die for.
You might try our Chicken for a change, seasoned differently and wonderful.
As I have said... Try us once and you'll be hooked!
