Never heard of a bavette steak? 😱

You won’t forget it after one bite. 😏

This long, flat cut comes from the bottom sirloin, just above the flank, and it’s prized for its rich, beefy flavor and unbelievably tender bite when cooked right.

Ours? We pan sear it to perfection with a coffee chili crust, then serve it alongside maple brown butter sweet potatoes, smoky corn ribs, and finish it with a roasted red pepper steak sauce that’s downright addictive.
