I recently visited PhoLy Restaurant in Vernon, a family owned restaurant with a story rooted in hard work, culture, and community.

Andy and Sue, who were born in Vietnam and now call Connecticut home, built PhoLy with a passion for sharing Southern Vietnamese cuisine and creating a place that feels like home for others.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to stop by and learn more about their journey. Thank you to Andy, Sue, Nini, and the entire team for the warm welcome. Proud to support small businesses that help make our communities stronger.
