We catered a retirement appetizer buffet luncheon today for the Freemason's in Forest Grove. Guests were served Korean BBQ Meatballs, Bourbon Meatballs, Roast Beef, Turkey, and Ham Pinwheels, Caprese Skewers, Muffaletta Crostini, a Fruit Platter, and Veggies with Hummus and Ranch. I catered the annual meeting for the Upper Nehalem Watershed Council at the Grange, here in Vernonia this evening. Attendees were served Antipasto Skewers, Mini Red Potato Salad Bites, Turkey and Roast Beef Finger Sandwiches, a Fruit Platter, and Assorted Cookies.
