We are stocked back up and ready to cook some fried chicken for everyone Monday from 3pm-8pm! We will have the regular menu as well (no fish) Just a reminder the chicken does take 20-30 minutes to cook from the time you order. Can’t wait to see y’all!

Y’all have completely blown us away! We are completely sold out of ribs for this Saturday! So with that being said we will be serving Fish and our regular menu from now until 8pm! We apologize for any inconvenience it will cause for running out but we will be open next Saturday with ribs again and we will make sure to make more! Thanks you all soooo much!

I want to start off be saying “WOW” our Fish Friday was awesome. Thanks to everyone that comes to support us!! We are loving the new faces and our regulars.

Today we will be doing fish and our regular menu from 11-3. From 3-8 we will be having our homemade BBQ ribs along with the regular menu. (NO FISH AFTER 3).

❗️❗️If y’all are out on the River (very jealous) give us a holler and someone will run it down to you at the ramp just north of the locks!! ❗️❗️

Hey y’all we’ve missed ya! All of our summer family fun is over for the year and we’re ready to get back to normal hours and cooking y’all some great food! We are open 11-8 Friday for our normal Fish Friday! As well as Saturday 11-3 with Fish and 3-8 with our homemade BBQ ribs! (If you missed out last time you won’t want to miss out again😉) NO FISH will be served 3-8 on Saturday! Oh and even better we’re back Monday with our hand breaded Fried Chicken Meals! We can’t wait to see you all!

Hey y’all! We’re open tonight with Fried Chicken 3-8! Come on down and see us!

We will be closed July 3rd because we are frying fish for The Franklin 4th of July Burgoo.

Tonight is this last night we will be open until July 17, next week we are going on a family vacation.

July 17th will be our regular Fish Friday 11-8 and we are open Saturday the 18th as well with fish 11-3 and our homemade BBQ ribs from 3-8!

Tomorrow is Friday! We’re going to be open 11-8 ready to serve y’all some delicious food. We have coconut cream and banana cream pie for dessert. Be sure to watch out for all the critters on your way down they’re out zooming around.

With the Schuyler County Fair approaching we had decided we will be closed Friday July 3rd at our normal location. We have been asked to fry fish for the Franklin 4th of July Festival on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th so the Roach Coach is now going mobile! If you’re in the area stop in and see us and enjoy all of the activities.
