We are known for our creative twist to classic dishes, capturing the flavors of the island in every bite.

That’s right, Quitsa Kitchen is making homemade hot chocolate and marshmallows for these chilly fall days! And when we say homemade, we mean, homemade! No packages here, just a good old-fashioned family recipe! Come by and warm up, we’re open Monday through Saturday.

Join the Quitsa Kitchen Team!

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook and Evening Prep Cook to join our crew.

Line Cook Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking menu items quickly and consistently
• Maintaining mise en place throughout service
• Jumping in to help wherever needed in the kitchen

Evening Prep Cook Responsibilities:
• Preparing ingredients for the next day's service
• Keeping the kitchen organized and set up for the morning shift
• Helping create a smooth start for the team each day

Most importantly, we're looking for people who are fun, friendly, and enjoy being part of a team. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
