Good morning Bowlievers!!!

I want to be better at sharing updates and photos of our test cooks - so I'll start today!

We are slowly but steadily improving and the goal is to relaunch as soon as feasible... but there's a lot of unknowns still out there... until then... enjoy these photos 😄

Progress IS happening... just slower than anticipated.

Moved some equipment in, still need other equipment installed.

Stainless Steel Prep Tables in place, containers ordered, lots of small steps.

Still need a few key pieces but we are getting there!!
