Some behind the scenes progress shots for you. It’s been a journey and I have learned so much through this process for the next time. But I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. We can’t wait to serve you!

Everyone has been begging for an update so here it is! Not done yet but much closer. Next come installing equipment and building the front. We can’t wait to open.

We are so close. Things are getting finished, equipment being delivered, final touches here and there. More information about our opening to come.

A wise man once told me “you gotta want it”. Silly phrase but it has stuck with me my whole life. You HAVE to want it. You HAVE to want it more than anyone else. You HAVE to give it everything you have everyday. You HAVE to be able to envision the future you want and chase it with all that you have. Effort is rewarded.

We are on the cusp of our next chapter and everything is about to pay off. We can’t wait to show you.

Fermentolyse vs autolyse. Different strokes for different folks. I prefer fermentolyse because I’ve noticed my bread has more “bounce” and rise if I wait to add the salt. I don’t like autolyse because trying to mix in the starter and salt after is difficult. Both have their own benefits and drawbacks, experiment!
