ARZ labne is a cultured cheese strained until it is thick enough to spread with the back of a spoon. It lands between Greek yogurt and cream cheese: cooler, tangier, a little savory. Spread it on warm pita, pool good olive oil on top, or use it as the base under roasted vegetables. One tub goes a long way through the week.
