Hell… it’s already hotter than a stolen pistol outside, so we figured we’d quit fighting it.

Today’s special is our Fried Chili Piquín BBQ Chicken Sandwich : crispy fried chicken smothered in smoky BBQ with a kick from chili piquín, the only pepper native to Texas. If that pepper can survive a Texas summer, so can you… probably.

A huge thank you to the Waco GoodFellas for putting on another incredible Christmas in July event. We had an absolute blast serving alongside so many great vendors.

It was awesome teaming up with Encore Restaurant & Rooftop to bring y’all something special. We appreciate everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed a bite, and showed us some love.

We’ve got a pretty good feeling we defended our belt. Back 2 Back has a nice ring to it…we will see!

No matter what happens, we’re grateful to be part of such an amazing event that supports our community. Thanks again, Waco! ❤️🎄

So here’s your friendly warning: if meatloaf is the reason you were planning to come in today… you might want to quit “thinking about it” and just get in the truck.

Because when it’s gone, it’s gone… and we don’t keep an emergency meatloaf hidden in the back for the people who show up at 7:45 saying, “I was hoping y’all had one left.” 😂
