Every week, we hit the road to visit our local farms and bring back the very best of what Vermont has to offer. Shopping local means our menu changes with the seasons, our ingredients are at their freshest, and we get to support the incredible farmers who make this community so special.

The American Red Cross Blood Drive is coming to the Mad River Barn, and we need your help!

This drive’s goal is to collect 24 units of blood, helping provide lifesaving support to infants, trauma patients, surgical patients, and those undergoing cancer treatment.

The Red Cross is especially seeking Power Red Donors — a donation that allows them to collect a concentrated dose of red blood cells, the blood component most urgently needed by hospitals.

As a thank you, everyone who donates blood between July 13–31 will receive a Fandango Movie Reward via email so you can enjoy a movie on the Red Cross. 🍿🎬

Happy Friday!! Heidi & Jenny are slinging drinks behind the bar tonight! ❄️✨ As we head into the final stretch of the winter season, we’re soaking up every last cozy moment here at the Mad River Barn…⬇️

This is our last full weekend open for dinner, with service running Wednesday–Sunday from 5–9 PM—so come out, warm up, and enjoy it while you can! & the last Sunday for our Dollar Wings special! 🔥💥

🎶 Our final live music night of the winter will be on Wednesday, April 1st with .gravy.bluegrass —you won’t want to miss it!

🍽️ And mark your calendars: Saturday, April 4th will be our last night of dinner service for the season. Open 5-9 pm!! $5 drafts! All! Night! Long!

Thank you for being part of such a wonderful winter—we hope to see you one more time before we close this season out!
