We had a super busy night last night and unfortunately ran out of dessert!
We canā€™t leave you without dessert so this morning we whipped up a chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream and tossed some heath toffee bits on top. Dessert has arrived!

Before we know it, school will be starting back up and life will get busy again. With that in mind, weā€™ll be looking to add a few people to our team once school starts.

šŸ” Sometimes the Best Burgers Come From the Weirdest Ideas šŸ”

Last night at the Waldo Tavern, we decided to experiment.

We combined hot sauce and root beer, added a few carefully chosen seasonings, topped it with melted cheese and crispy fried onions, and put it all on a juicy burger.

On paper, it sounds a little crazy.

On the grill, it was magic.

The sweetness of the root beer, the kick from the hot sauce, the gooey melted cheese, and the crunch of the fried onions came together to create a burger that was unexpectedly incredible.

It just goes to show that some of the best flavor combinations are the ones nobody sees coming. Peanut butter on a burger. Pineapple and bacon. Hot sauce and root beer.

Sometimes youā€™ve got to be willing to get a little weird to discover something delicious.

Whatā€™s the strangest burger topping combination youā€™ve ever tried that turned out better than expected? šŸ”šŸ”„šŸ˜‹
