Hatch Burrito Co. We’re a food truck out of Walker, Mn bringing vibrant Colorado flavors to the Leech Lake area and surrounding towns.

We focus on quality ingredients, scratch-made salsas and marinades for a fresh, fulfilling culinary experience Chris and Zoe here, a Colorado native and a corn-fed Minnesotan! Chris grew up with Green Chili running through his veins, and Zoe lived in Denver for ten years and formed a healthy addiction for the Colorado staple. Upon moving to the north woods of Minnesota, we missed some of our south

west favorites, and decided it would become our lives' mission to share it with our new friends and neighbors. We are using fresh ingredients, and authentic recipes to create a vibrant menu full of flavor, and a variety of spice. We can't wait to share our love of great food with you all, so follow our page to see where we will be dishing out the deliciousness!!
