Alright, HiveMind...

Find us a fresh, furnished restaurant space to lease. I have a lot of my own gear. Just need a working flat top, oven, and walk in.

Reasonable commute from WW. If the restaurant has an up/downstairs apartment or something, all the better.

Just a thought i had. The internet is infinite. If we ask, its out there.

Our food and service makes money, we enjoy having a space for our people. The food truck is cool n all, but having a steady space with a landlord that cares is what we would rather do.

Putting feelers out for a new semi-permanent spot for the trailer. Preferably in east gate. 50a 220v shore power would be awesome, but we have a generator.
More than willing to help with utilities to offset the cost. We expect to pay rent.

Honey-balsamic dressed Beets with Shaved Broccoli, Arugula, Carrot, Pickled Onion and Feta, dressed with a lil Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and topped with a touch of fresh Lemon Zest.

Add protein or keep it veggie. Its amazing both ways.

If anyone needs extra hands to help with flood mitigation, call the restaurant.

I will come help fill sandbags, shovel mud, doesnt matter.

Do not be embarrassed or afraid to ask for help.

Update:

We are already aware of one family that has lost their home, if youre in this, or a similar situation where youre not able to make food at home, we have a FREE hot meal for you.

I have been through several natural disasters and know exactly what youre going through right now.

Its the least we can do. Pets are welcome on our porch as long as theyre well behaved or crated.

Even if its just a cup of coffee and the heater, come down n get it.

If anyone would like to donate to the pay it forward board to help offset the cost, we definitely wouldnt say no.

So I was just doing some Potato R&D work for St. Pat's as one does and I think i accidentally invented a new form of potato(aka: the holy grail of a chef's career). Theyre Colcannon, but I have no idea what to call them.

They aren't tots, they aren't fries.

Theyre ultra crispy outside, and pillowy, cheesy colcannon mash inside.

What i do know, is that I'll be making guinness gravy to dunk them in and selling them as a spesh tonight! So come get em!!!
